If you want to connect your Instagram account to your Facebook Page—or check which account is currently linked—you can easily do so through your Facebook settings. This allows for cross-posting, improved analytics, and third-party integrations like our platform.
Requirements:
A Facebook Page you manage
A Business or Creator Instagram account
Desktop access via facebook.com
1. Log in to Facebook
Go to facebook.com and log into the account that manages the Facebook Page you want to link.
2. Access the Correct Facebook Page
In the top-right corner, click your profile icon.
From the dropdown, select the Page you want to manage.
3. Open Page Settings
Once on your Page, click Settings & privacy from the left or dropdown menu.
Then click Settings again to enter the full settings dashboard.
4. Navigate to Linked Accounts
On the left-hand menu, scroll down until you find Linked Accounts.
Click it to open account linking options.
5. Link or View Your Instagram Account
In the Linked Accounts section, click Instagram.

You’ll now see:
The Instagram account currently linked to the Page (if one is already connected)
Or a prompt to log in and link a new Instagram account
Follow the prompts to complete the connection if one is not yet linked.
