Need to remove a client or brand from your dashboard? You can delete a brand workspace, but please note—this action is permanent and cannot be undone.
Important: Once a workspace is deleted, all associated content, analytics, and settings will be permanently lost and cannot be recovered.
Step-by-Step: Delete a Brand Workspace
1. Go to the Agency View
Click the dropdown menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select “Agency View.”
2. Freeze the Brand First
Before you can delete a workspace, it must be frozen:
Scroll through your list of workspaces.
Find the one you want to delete and click the gear icon (⚙️) next to it.
Select “Freeze Brand.”
Not ready to fully delete?
Freezing a brand puts it on hold for 90 days. After that period, we will automatically delete it unless reactivated.
3. Permanently Delete the Workspace
Once the brand is frozen:
Go to the bottom of your workspace list—frozen brands will appear greyed out.
Click the gear icon next to the frozen workspace.
Select “Delete Brand.”
Your workspace will now be permanently deleted.
Can I Delete the Master Workspace?
No, the original (master) workspace created during your account setup cannot be deleted.
However, you can rename it and change its logo if you'd like to repurpose it for another client or brand.
