How to Link an Instagram Account to Your Workspace

Before you begin:
To successfully link your Instagram account, ensure that:

• Your Instagram is set up as a Business Account

• It's connected to a Facebook Business Page

1. Go to Linked Accounts
   Navigate to your Linked Accounts section, then click Add New > Instagram

2. Log in via Facebook
   You’ll be redirected to Facebook.
   Make sure you’re logged into the correct Facebook account that manages the Business Page connected to your Instagram.

3. Grant Access Permissions
   You’ll see a list of Facebook Pages and associated Instagram accounts.
   Important: Click Select All for each Facebook Page when prompted.
   This gives us the proper permissions to publish to your Instagram accounts.

   Selecting all doesn’t automatically link every account to your dashboard—this only authorizes posting access.

4. Select Instagram Account(s) to Link
   You’ll now see your available Instagram Business accounts.
   Choose the ones you want to add and click Link [X] Account.

You’re All Set!

Your selected Instagram account(s) will now appear under your Linked Accounts and are ready for publishing from your workspace.
