Want your users to stay up to date across all the brands they manage in our platform? You can enable account-wide email notifications for various activity types, including content approvals, comments, and weekly recaps.
This guide walks you through how to enable or customize email notifications for yourself or your team members.
Step-by-Step: Enable User Notifications Across Brands
1. Go to Your Home Dashboard
Once logged in, navigate to the main dashboard (home screen).
2. Access Account Settings
Click your name in the top-right corner.
From the dropdown, select “Account Settings.”
3. Open the Subscriptions Tab
Inside Account Settings, click on the “Subscriptions” tab to view notification options.
Notification Types You Can Enable
Here’s what each option in the Subscriptions tab controls:

| Getting Started Guide | Sends a welcome guide to new users added to the account |
| Comment Notifications | Sends an email when someone comments on an approval link or content |
| Message Assignment | Sends an alert when a Social Inbox message is assigned to the user |
| Content Approval | Notifies users when content is approved in a workspace or via approval link |
| Weekly Account Recap | Weekly summary email with post counts and upcoming content |
Don’t Forget to Save!
Once you've toggled the notifications on or off based on your preference, be sure to click “Save Changes” at the bottom of the page to apply your settings.
