Note: Slack alerts are configured per brand, so you’ll need to repeat this process for each workspace you want alerts for.

Step-by-Step: Set Up Slack Alerts for a Brand
Step 1: Set Up an Incoming Webhook in Slack
Open your Slack app or go to Slack’s App Directory.
Click Apps, search for Incoming WebHooks, and click Add.
You’ll be redirected to the Slack App Directory in your browser.
Click “Add to Slack.”
Select an existing Slack channel or create a new one for your alerts.
Click “Add Incoming WebHooks Integration.”
Copy the Webhook URL—you’ll need it for the next step.
Step 2: Configure Slack Alerts
Head to your Dashboard.
Click the gear icon in the upper-left corner to enter Brand Settings.
Go to the Notifications tab.
Toggle Slack Alerts ON for the alert types you want (e.g., post failures).
Paste the Webhook URL into the designated field.
Enter the name of the Slack channel (e.g.,
#alerts).Click “Save Changes.”
Done! You’ll now receive automated alerts directly in the Slack channel you selected.
