Need to pause a client workspace temporarily without losing access to analytics? You can freeze or reactivate a brand workspace in our platform with just a few clicks. This is perfect for seasonal clients, paused projects, or trial campaigns.
What Happens When You Freeze a Workspace?
When a workspace is frozen:
All scheduled posts will be disabled
All Auto-Importer sources will be turned off
Analytics will continue to be tracked
No charges will be incurred for the frozen workspace
Important Notes:
A brand must be active for at least 30 days before you can freeze it.
Once frozen, a workspace will be automatically deleted after 90 days unless reactivated.
All Admin users will receive an email notification before deletion.
How to Freeze a Workspace
Click the dropdown menu in the top-left corner of your screen.
Select “Agency View.”
In your list of workspaces, find the one you'd like to freeze.
Click the gear icon next to the workspace name.
Select “Freeze Brand.”
The workspace is now frozen and placed in an inactive state at the bottom of your workspace list.
How to Reactivate a Frozen Workspace
Note: After reactivating a workspace, you'll need to wait 30 days before it can be frozen again.
To reactivate a brand:
From the Agency View, scroll to the bottom of your workspace list.
Frozen brands appear greyed out.
Click the gear icon next to the frozen workspace.
Select “Reactivate Brand.”
The workspace is now active again! You can resume scheduling content, re-enable Auto-Importers, and continue normal operations.
