How to Select a Thumbnail for Your Video

When uploading a video in our platform, you can set a custom thumbnail — but only during the initial upload process. Follow the steps below to choose your thumbnail before saving the content.

Step-by-Step: Set a Video Thumbnail

1. Open the Create Content Modal

   • Click “Create Content” from your dashboard.

2. Upload Your Video

   • In the Create screen, click “Upload Video” and select your file.

   

3. Select the Thumbnail Frame
   • Once your video loads, you’ll see a second video preview under “Video Thumbnail.”
   • Drag the time slider in the top window to the desired frame.
   • Click “Choose Frame for Thumbnail” to lock in your selection — the bottom preview will now match the top.

4. Save Your Post
   • Finish editing your content and click “Save Content.”

Note:

You won’t be able to change the thumbnail after the video has been uploaded and saved, so make sure to set it during this step.
