Facebook Posting Requirements
Images:
• Up to 10 images per post
• 10 MB max per image
• 1200×630 px max resolution
Videos:
• Max size: 1 GB
• Max duration: 20 minutes
• MP4 format only
• Titles must be 255 characters or fewer
• Meta no longer allows video posts to groups
Text/Caption:
• For image/video posts: up to 63,000 characters
• For link-only posts: up to 1,000 characters
Instagram Posting Requirements
Images:
• Up to 10 images per post
• Recommended sizes: 1080×1080 or 1080×1350 px
Videos:
• Duration: 3 seconds – 15 minutes
• Aspect ratio: 9:16 (1920h x 1080w max)
