Want to stay in the loop when content is approved? With just a few quick steps, you can enable email notifications for every content approval—so you’re always updated without needing to check manually.
Note: Approval notifications are user-specific and will be sent to the email address associated with your login.
Enable Content Approval Email Notifications
Follow the steps below to turn on email alerts for content approvals:
1. Go to Account Settings
Click the dropdown menu in the upper right corner of your screen (where your name appears).
Select “Account Settings.”
2. Open the Subscriptions Tab
In the Account Settings panel, click the “Subscriptions” tab.
3. Toggle on Content Approval Notifications
Find the option labeled “Content Approval Notifications.”
Toggle it ON.
Click “Save Changes.”

Once enabled, you’ll receive an email notification every time a piece of content is approved in your account.
