How to Use Bulk Approvals in Agency View

Easily generate and send approval and report links for multiple workspaces in one streamlined process using the Agency View. This guide walks you through the steps to set up and manage Bulk Approvals, saving your team valuable time when working across multiple client accounts.

Accessing Agency View

1. Click the active workspace name in the top-left corner of your dashboard.
2. Select "Agency View" from the dropdown menu.
3. Once in Agency View, click the "Workspaces" tab.
4. Below the tab, select the "Bulk Operations" option.

 

Bulk Approvals: Send Multiple Content Approvals

What it does:
Enables you to generate approval links for multiple workspaces based on selected criteria and optionally email them out to clients.

Steps:

1. Open Bulk Approvals under Bulk Operations.
2. Select which workspaces you want to include.
3. Toggle "Send reports to recipient list of each selected Workspace" if you'd like them emailed right away 

4. Define content selection criteria:
   • Date Created: Includes content created during the selected timeframe.
   • Date Scheduled: Includes content scheduled for the selected timeframe.

 

 If auto-send is turned off, approval links will be saved under the Approval tab of each workspace.
