Exploring the Recent Posts Section

What Can You Do in the Recent Posts Tab?

The Recent Posts section lets you monitor and analyze content from a specific feed with powerful filtering options. You can:

• Sort posts by posting time or engagement metrics like likes, comments, shares, impressions, and clicks
• Filter by specific platforms and keywords
• View average engagement stats across your selected accounts
• Quickly access post-level performance insights and comment management tools

This feature makes it easy to see what's working — and where you can improve — across all your connected social channels.

How to Navigate the Recent Posts Tab

1. Go to Activity Feed
   From the left-hand menu under the Monitor section, click on Activity Feed.

2. Select “Recent Posts”
   In the top navigation bar, switch to the Recent Posts view.

What You’ll See

On the right-hand side, you’ll find engagement statistics tied to the accounts you've selected — including:

• Number of posts
• Average likes, comments, shares, and clicks

Filter & Sort Your Content

In the Recent Posts tab, you can fine-tune your view:

• Platform Selector (1st Dropdown):
  Choose the platform you want to view content from.
   
• Sort by Post Time (2nd Dropdown):
  Arrange posts by when they were published.
   
• Sort by Engagement:
  Prioritize posts based on likes, impressions, comments, shares, or clicks.
   
• Sort by Platform:
  Group content by platform to easily compare performance.
   

Managing Posts and Viewing Engagement

• View Comments
  Click the three-dot menu on any post, then select Manage Posts to view and engage with comments

• Analyze Engagement
  Click the three-dot menu again and select Manage Content to see a detailed graph showing likes, comments, shares, and impressions over time.
